Sales Manager – Mantec Technical Ceramics Limited.
 

Mantec Technical Ceramics Limited specialises in the manufacture of innovative ceramic solutions for the global industrial manufacturing market. Such has been the recent success of several of its key product groups that Mantec has decided to recruit a specialist Sales Manager to drive their expansion.
 

Ultralite - an energy efficient insulation technology that is becoming widely used within the sanitaryware and heavy clay manufacturing sectors. Over the last 12 - 18 months demand for Ultralite has increased significantly providing the platform for this new position. Energy saving initiatives are becoming an increasing focus for industry, a position Mantec is well placed to serve. To complement the Ultralite Sales Managers proposition, the candidate will also take responsibility for Bullers Rings & Discs – ceramic Pyrometric devices for measuring the heat work / heat energy within kiln environments, these 2 product groups are the key responsibility for the new appointment.

Both product groups have the capacity for significant global growth, Mantec are therefore seeking a dynamic and self-motivated sales professional to drive that growth. The key responsibilities will be the research, development and ultimately the deployment of a workable global growth plan together with the appointment, management and motivation of agents and distributors combined with face to face contact with our global customer base to understand and deliver what the market demands.

Experience in a similar role is essential to success, the prior knowledge of and contact with the Sanitaryware, tableware, tile and heavy clay industries would be desirable, as would the knowledge of industrial kiln firing processes and principles.

Overseas travel is a prerequisite, as is the ability to organise and carry out an agreed strategic global market results driven sales plan.
